Our captains, servers, chefs and bartenders are consummate hospitality professionals with one goal — to make you look good to your guests. About Us

Our clients are a diverse group of restaurants, catering companies and venues. As a Black owned hospitality company, we want our staff to reflect the America we live in. In 2019, Tomica Saul founded our event staffing division with the goal of becoming the most diverse and inclusive staffing company in the NYC metropolitan area. We want to provide our clients with a pool of staff that are not only amazing at what they do but also authentically represent their brand image.

Model Servers/Bartenders....................................................................................................$40.00/Hour VIP staffing for celebrity and corporate clientele

MINIMUM

There is a five hour minimum required for all staff for all events.

TIPPING

If you choose to tip, recommended gratuity for all servers if 15%-20% and can be added to your invoice. Alternatively, you can tip in cash in person.

RUSH CHARGE

Details must be finalized at least 7 days in advance of your event. Events booked with less than 1 week notice are subject to a rush charge.

Our mission is to become one of the most diverse and inclusive event staffing companies in the NYC Metro Area. THM is looking for event captains, chefs, servers and bartenders who are passionate about the hospitality industry (particularly catering) and who are excited about serving food from a unique portfolio of clients.

Of course, if you have prior catering experience it’s a huge plus. But even if you don’t and think you would be good at this (and would like some freelance work) please drop us a note below. We would love to add you to our team.
