Tomica “Tom” Saul

Tomica Saul is no stranger to reinvention. She began her career practicing M&A law at one of New York City’s top firms, before following her passion for cooking and hospitality to launch her own catering and events company just before her 30th birthday. Her journey as a culinary entrepreneur led to unforgettable client experiences—and even a championship win on Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen.

After closing her catering business, Tomica made her most meaningful pivot yet: becoming a fierce advocate and strategic advisor for diverse entrepreneurs. Through mentorship, consulting, and helping institutions direct their diversity spending to underrepresented vendors, she brings deep legal expertise and a bold entrepreneurial spirit to every partnership.

Today, as the founder of The Tomcookery Collective, Tomica channels her unique blend of legal, business, and creative experience into building bridges between small businesses and large institutions—empowering both to grow through meaningful, equitable partnerships.

Tomica is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia and Columbia Law School. She lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
