Tomica “Tom” Saul
Tom Saul knows a thing or two about reinventing herself. After starting her career with one of the highest ranking politicians on Capitol Hill, Tom attended Columbia University School of Law and practiced M&A law at a top firm in New York City.
A love of cooking and entertaining led her to start her own catering company, just a few months shy of her 30th birthday. During her time catering, Tom had the pleasure to serve amazing clients and added a Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen championship to her resume.
After closing her catering operation, Tom took a role at a kitchen incubator in Brooklyn. There she advised a diverse group of small food businesses on all things, from branding to finances. Most importantly, she was a fervent problem solver for the bold entrepreneurs who crossed her path. Tom brings that same passion to TomCookery Hospitality Management.
